A great place for your hot pot craving as the Szechuan spiciness is really spicy. A good selection of different kind of meat and all of your basic vegetables and mushrooms to pick from. The atmosphere is really cool with all the neon signs inside the restaurant.
Szechuan style Hotpot @niujiaojianhotpot They have the best hotpot broth I have had. We got the half and half and both of them were delicious. wanted the bear but I knew I wouldn't be able to handle the spiciness so I chickened out but I will try next time if anyone brave wants to go! Their meat was so fresh and they have so many choices to choose from. Y'all should check them out in Houston Chinatown! Quality meat and easy parking.

All the ingredients were fresh. We could tell that they used good quality ingredients. We also loved the interior and ambience of this place. They also have Szechuan style bbq which we need to try next time. Overall, we had an amazing experience here, delicious hot pot and amazing customer service! We'll be back for sure!
We got the Spicy Beef Tallow soup base. I like the flavor however due to the butter in it, the soup is VERY oily. My husband didn't really like how much pieces of the spice were in the broth and how the peppercorn kept sticking to his meat. The meat was very good. We got the beef belly. I wish we had gotten more. One recommendation is to get the meat instead of getting a bunch of side stuff like fried tofu, frozen tofu, veggies, etc. The meat with the broth is really good. Also we got medium spicy for the broth and it was spicy enough. I could do the spicy level but I would not have been able to enjoy the flavor of the broth as much.
I was very excited to try the new all you can eat menu here! It was my first time dining at Niu Jiao Jian, and I had a great experience! The staff was super nice and helpful. They took time to explain the AYCE menu and how to order. They had a great variety of seafood, meats, veggies, dumplings, etc. I highly recommend!
